Session Format:*

Traditional Concurrent Sessions - These 50-minute sessions will be shared between two presentations of research associated with one or more of the conference strands. Each 25-minute presentation should include opportunities for audience members to actively engage in the session.

Best Practice Demonstrations - These 50-minute sessions will be shared between two presentations of best practices associated with one or more of the conference strands. Each 25-minute presentation should include opportunities for audience members to actively engage in the session.

Presentation Summary*

Please write a brief presentation summary for inclusion in conference program (50 words or fewer).

Presentation Description*

Please write a presentation description including the objectives for the proposal & summary of content to be reviewed for acceptance decision (200-400 words). Proposals should describe the presentation’s objectives, context, methods (if applicable), key findings or insights, and relevance to the conference strand. Proposals should also provide clearly stated goals with respect to participant engagement during the session.

Keywords*

All proposals should include 3-5 key terms to help categorize the submission.

Additional Information

Please include any additional information, including presentation modification requests, the need for audio/visual equipment, presentation day preferences, etc. Presenters are expected to bring their own laptop devices.
