Please follow the directions below to register for either BOTH the AACTE Annual Meeting & the AILACTE Preconference or ONLY the AILACTE Preconference.

Note: conference registration does not reserve your hotel stay.

Registering ONLY for the AILACTE Preconference (Thursday)

This option is for attendees who wish to participate only in the AILACTE Preconference and not the full AACTE Annual Meeting.

Steps:

  1. Click on the 2027 AACTE Annual Meeting Preconference Activities Access Point listed on this website: https://members.aacte.org/events/upcoming-events
  2. Enter your personal information to begin the registration process.
  3. Select the event titled: “2027 AILACTE National Conference”
    $200 – AILACTE Preconference
  4. Proceed to checkout and submit your payment.
Notes:
  • No discount codes are needed for preconference-only registration.
  • This option does not include access to the AACTE Annual Meeting (Friday–Sunday).

Registering for BOTH the AACTE Annual Meeting & the AILACTE Preconference

This option is for attendees who wish to participate in the full experience, including:

  • AILACTE Preconference (Thursday)
  • AACTE Annual Meeting (Friday–Sunday)
Steps:
  1. Click on the 2027 AACTE Annual Meeting Access Point listed on this website: https://members.aacte.org/events/upcoming-events
  2. Begin your registration. Enter your personal and contact information.
  3. When prompted, select: “2027 AILACTE National Conference” as your preconference option.
  4. Continue through the registration form.
  5. At the final step, enter a discount code based on your membership status:
    AM27AILACTE – for AILACTE/AACTE members
    AM27AILACTENM – for non-members
    These codes apply the discounted bundle rate:
    $599 – AACTE Annual Meeting
    $149 – AILACTE Preconference
  6. Complete your registration. Submit payment and receive confirmation.
Notes:
  • Discount codes are valid through December 15.
  • This option provides full access to both the AILACTE Preconference and the AACTE Annual Meeting at a reduced combined rate.
